Pizza Hut

Ordered a pizza online at 10:30 pm, realized we needed soda to go with so we called to add that. The associate was more than accommodating and had a pleasant manner! The delivery driver responded to our request to call before arrival as to not risk letting our dogs out when coming through the gate. Pizza was hot, cooked perfectly, and toppings were dispersed beautifully. A great late night craving fulfilled!! Thanks crew :)

It was not a good experience. I did not get the Pizza I tried to order on line. There is a box that reads Extra, that has a red check mark in the box, Its for extra peperoni. It reads you pay a $1.40 a slice for extra pepperoni. I order a Peperoni Lovers Pizza. Because I didn't want to pay for $1.40 extra per slice. They removed the pepperoni From the pizza. I received a cheese pizza. I order the supreme pizza they did the same. Removed everything but the cheese. sauce and crust. I tried for over 25 min to get help. They transferred me to seven different people. I was told (We can not help you.) I gave up. I will never buy from Pizza Hut again. I will say to you, you are on your own if you choose Pizza Hut.

I placed the order online at 2pm to be picked up at 5pm. By the time I got there the guy on the front said the order was never received, showed him my receipt and said he would work on it. Waited 1 hour and 20 minutes. Once he got the order the pizza had a slice missing. Not only did I pay $30 dollars for a completely horrible service but also not a complete pizza, and God knows if they spit on my food. What a disgrace!

I’m from out of town and I ordered what I normally order in my hometown. I unfortunately wasn’t smart enough to check my pizza until I got back to my rental which is 30 minutes away! If I order NO SAUCE I want NO SAUCE. Pizza Hut sauce is disgusting to me and I compromise eating there by getting NO SAUCE on my pizza. Also the App is horrible on an Android as I usually order on and IPhone and it made most of pizza supremes and not a made to order pizza. For future reference if someone had a weird order call and ask them about it (Greenwood, LA Pizza Hut does). So disappointed and still hungry! If I’m ever in town just know I won’t be back!

We.dont shop ANYWHERE other then Pizza Hit. Or atleast we DIDNT. ..We placed an order at 8:11 pm . Wad told the wait was longer then expected and.it would be 45 mins to an hour. Called at 9:30 and was told it was going to be ANOTHER 20 mins. Uncalled for. I understand you get busy but an.hour and half?? Never again
